QAMAR ZAMAN KAIRA OF PPPP said that all political parties participated in APC were agreed to form military courts to punish the terrorists. He said that PPPP has the point of view that if amendment in the law can pave the way for military courts then constitutional amendment should not be done. He said that every political party has different point of view that how the military courts should be formed. He said that if law amendment will not solve the issue of constituting the military courts then PPPP will support constitutional amendment. He said that everybody has learned from the mistakes of the past military personals answered our most bitter questions. He said that in APC the PM showed his complete resolve to eliminate the armed outfits. He said that COAS said that he is ready for operation Zarb-e-Azb inside the country just like the tribal areas.
He said that PML-N is a right wing party its major chunk will oppose the Madrassa’s reforms. He said that equal justice in the country can provide the base for non violence process. He said that the fight against terrorism is greater than the government, military and judiciary everybody has to pitch in to fight against it.
TARIQ AZEEM OF PML-N said that there is divergence on the procedure how to form military courts only and it will be resolved in the APC tomorrow. He said that the martyred children of Peshawar have drawn the line and PM is determined to eradicate the terrorists.
SHAFQAT MAHMOOD OF PTI said that PTI point of view is to form speedy courts but their judges should be the acting military officers. He said that if the whole power is not in the possession of the government it affects the state, judiciary and the society.
FAROGH NASEEM OF MQM said that if the constitution is not amended besides the law the Sc will strike down the military courts. He said that even if the constitution is not amended in a special way the SC will strike it down as well. He said that MQM will support the law against the banned outfits and the sectarian groups.
