TOPIC- DIALOGUES WITH TALIBAN

IQBAL ZAFAR JHAGRRA OF PML-N said that the government has the control and the will in the process of peace dialogues with Taliban. He said that his government will go as far as it takes to achieve peace in the country. He said that Nawaz Sharif has said that he will welcome if anybody has any suggestion on national security policy.

QAMAR ZAMAN KAIRA OF PPPP said that the current situation is the result of what we have done wrongs in the past. He said that the politics of Nawaz Sharif and Ch Nisar does not reflect their direction. He said that the time the government wasted after APC has proven very dangerous for the country. He said that the government has recently said that 26000 people became victim of the terrorism but the official documents still showing the figure of 50000.

He said that the civil leadership should lead the dialogues instead of the military. He said that in case of anything goes wrong the blame will be put on the military. He said that the government should consult the military but not put them in the dialogues committee.

He said that banned organizations are doing their public meetings openly under their flags it should be stopped.

ARIF ALVI OF PTI said that the dialogues process with Taliban is not going to be easy task it is going to fail and start many times. He said that there will be one must benefit to have dialogues with Taliban that we will know that who is honestly want to have peace in the country.

He said that the military knows only one remedy for problems and that is the fighting civil management can take better decisions.

He said that the government has not consulted any political party on the national security policy. He said that there are many flaws in the national security policy of the government.

He said that the government should have dialogues with Taliban but if they do not comply take action and PTI will fully support it.
